Set appointments with Buyer and Seller
Seller deposits signed documents and instructions
Buyer deposits signed loan documents, instructions and funds
Return loan documents to Lender
Receive authorization to record from Lender
Record documents and report recording information to Lender
Receive funds from Lender
Disburse funds as instructed
Receive and record releases of liens and encumbrances paid through escrow
Close and archive escrow
