Real Estate Broker fee
Any unpaid Homeowner's Association dues

Express delivery fee for payoff check to exisiting Lender, if out of town

On VA loans SELLER pays: Entire escrow fee
On FHA loans SELLER pays: Assignment of Trust Deed recording fee, if any Lender's document prepratation fee Inspection fee, if there is more than one inspection |
