My Duties as your Relocation Specialist




As a designated Relocation Specialist representing Century 21 Action Realty I agree to perform all the functions described below. I understand that the referred relocation transferee is not a personal client but a Century 21 Action  Realty client, and as such, may be assigned  as deemed necessary by the relocation department or upon the referral client's request. I understand that if I do not perform the functions described below, I may lose my certification as a Century 21 Action  Realty designated relocation specialist.

I agree to do the following:

I will complete all training classes as required by Century 21 Action  Realty, Cartus relocation, Lending Tree, and other referral services.

I will provide a personal profile outlining background and expertise as requested, updated annually.

i will call each client referred to me immediately, including weekends upon receipt of the assignment and report the status to the relocation department within 24 hrs. If I am unable to adhere to this time line, or if I cannot reach the referral within time frame timeframe, I will call the relocation department immediately for assistance in reaching the client.

I will contact the client with a follow-up mailing or e-mailing with a personal letter of introduction, my contact information, information on properties for sale, and any special information needed or requested by the client.

I will provide the following if needed; airport pickup, directions, or other services to bond the client to Century 21 Action Realty and me. I understand that I can contact the relocation department if I need assistance. I will continue to contact the client on a weekly basis, and will report to the relocation department the progress every two weeks.

I will send status reports for Cartus/USAA bi-weekly. All other updates due monthly to the relocation department, this is for all files, parked, active or pending. Any and all changes must be forwarded.

I will attend loan applications with my buyers, as required and ensure they have the contact numbers of their loan officers to help answering any questions.

I will immediately call the relocation department should the client express an interest in an area other than my market area of expertise so that the referral can be redirected or co-assigned to another agent or company. If I have active referral files and become unavailable because of illness, or vacation, I will contact the relocation department to re-assign the client.

If visitation arrangements are changed and I am unable to rework my schedule to meet with the client, I will immediately notify the relocation department to make certain the client is notified and reassigned.

I will report all sales activity to the relocation department within 24hrs of mutual acceptance.

I understand that under no circumstances am I to contact Cartus Relocation, Lending Tree or any other referral source without prior authorization from the relocation department.

Unless specified in the referral assignment, I will direct services to Century 21 Action  Realty, family of services. I will notify the relocation department any time I feel the level of service is not satisfactory or beneficial to the client.
